• Our members are organisations (rather than individuals)
  • Individuals can approach their group, company or membership organisation which represents them
  • We do not influence members except to accept & promote our values/shared messaging
  • Global companies with a significant team of H&S folk can join provided they create a women’s network
  • Other members are organisations who represent their members in Health & Safety and some are specifically working on Women in Health & Safety within a territory e.g. Canada or the UK
  • For corporates we will look at the make-up of the board and senior leadership team
  • The executive committee will examine membership applications and jointly decide on which organisations share our values and will contribute positively
  • There is a process for all new members who should have an active women’s group, representation on board and/or be actively working toward this
  • We have a formal membership process and members sign the Terms of Reference and Memorandum of Understanding.
