IOSH LEADING SAFELY FOR HEALTH & SAFETY PROFESSIONALS 14 Jan 2022
ABOUT
Hosking Associates have created a unique IOSH Leading Safely course for women aimed at Health & Safety Professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit working in leadership roles.
You may be the only person in your organisation with your skillset, you may be responsible for significant organisational change or you may have a role where you are responsible for other Health & Safety professionals or countries. You may be someone about to step into a role like this and need help to understand the language of business, influence transformation and add value by making Health & Safety an enabler for success. You may even have a team of Health & Safety professionals who need a boost.
Even better, L’Oréal and RoSPA have come together to offer a limited number of spaces as part of their Safe@Work Safe@Home partnership to fully fund a handful of places each year to help those, who identify as women in Health & Safety, reach more senior roles. This is also in conjunction with the OneWISH coalition aimed at increasing the number of women and underrepresented groups in Health & Safety.

HOW TO JOIN
If you would like to be considered for one of the places on the programme simply complete the application form. Your 250-word personal statement will explain how this exciting opportunity will help you and your business. We need your name, company/organisation, role, country of residence, and contact number.
Successful applicants will be supported via mentoring and support following the session. Part of the program covers how you make yourself and your work more visible to in turn help other women. Therefore, we are looking for proactive individuals prepared to be visible by writing blogs, opinion articles and talking about their journey.
